During the Cannes festival, a series of crimes are been commited within the Jet-Set. All the victimes are women, all look-a-likes and identic, "clones". The police crew, made up of english speaking blacks, are occupied with the protection of the Mayor of Marseye who happens to be also a black english speaking person. A lady Jet-Setter decides to get into the personality of LadyKat, disguised with the masque and tries to discover the identity of the serial killer and his motives.
